TOWNSHIP, Pa. — When the officer who was investigating reports that an elde카지노 사이트rly man in his 80s was harassing his children for the past few months, he allegedly gave an alibi to the detective who is supposed to be interviewing him, but instead said he had a broken bone in his neck that was making him unable to answer questions.

Tom Tully with the Daily Press found that Andrew Miller, 56, told an officer he broke his neck while trying to remove an old blanket in January 2012. He said he had no idea why his father, Robert Miller, was trying to keep him out of his yard바카라사이트 when police arrived with a search warrant from the Allegheny County State’s Attorney.

He didn’t want to go with authorities because he had a broken shoulder, and he didn’t know why his father would be trying to make him leave, according to a report by the State’s Attorney’s Office.

But after the detective asked Miller to explain why he was trying to get people out of the yard, Miller gave police an alibi that «forced the officer to believe that he had been lying in his testimony,» according to the report.

Miller later told investigators he was sitting on a bed when an officer brought up a blanket. «But I couldn’t move my arm or turn around when they asked me if I knew what that meant,» said Miller, who was sitting in a chair.

Miller said he could see «his shoulder was bruised, but he couldn’t walk away, so I don’t know why they wanted me out.»

It was that same day that officials with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office also interviewed him and found that he had an injury similar to that on his shoulder. They had found that his shoulder was fractured in바카라사이트 December 2011, but no one had told prosecutors about it since then.

Miller, who is serving time at a state prison in Middletown, was sentenced to four years probation and ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, but he is free on bond until his parole hearing in February 2017.

Robert Miller’s lawyer had asked the court to set Miller free because it didn’t matter what any other law enforcement agencies thought of their findings. The law enforcement officers did not make any arrests and did not have any reason to believe the family that was the source of information about the broken arm was a threat to others
